Cancellations And Refunds

Byron Electric Tattoo Removal kindly requests a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours or fail to attend a scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost if a deposit was made. In the case of a prepaid appointment, one treatment will be forfeited from the prepaid package schedule, if applicable.

We operate by appointment only, and our technicians specifically travel to the studio for your tattoo removal session. While we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, we kindly ask that you book an appointment on a day off or at a suitable time when you can honor the appointment. Our hours are flexible, and we can accommodate sessions before and after working hours, typically from approximately 9 am to 7-8 pm, depending on the situation.

Refund Policy

At Byron Electric Tattoo Removal, we maintain a 'no refund' policy for pre-paid or prior purchases due to simple change of mind or change of circumstances. Pre-paid treatment packages consisting of 8 sessions or less will expire 12 months from the date of purchase, while pre-paid sessions will expire and be automatically canceled after 18 months from the date of purchase. We regret to inform you that no refunds or exchanges can be provided under these circumstances. Kindly note that by purchasing treatments from Byron Electric Tattoo Removal, you automatically agree to the above terms and conditions.

Pre Paid Treatments

When you choose to pre-pay for treatments, you can enjoy savings according to our pre-payment schedule. However, please note that pre-pays are nonrefundable and non-transferable to other individuals or treatment areas. Prepaid treatments have a 12-month expiry date for packages consisting of less than 8 treatments and an 18-month expiry date for packages consisting of 8 or more treatments. In the event of canceling a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours or failing to attend, the corresponding treatment will be forfeited. By purchasing pre-paid treatments, you indicate your agreement to these terms and conditions.
